Minimal-Residue Quat Formulation
The active quaternary ammonium molecule is efficacious at low concentrations, with significantly less residue accumulation that other biocides, with non-corrosive material compatibility for use in most cleanroom applications.
Reducing Time and Cost to Clean and Disinfect
Helps reduce the need for frequent or daily residue removal step, streamlining cleaning protocols to reduce labor and time costs associated with more frequent rinsing — making it ideal for cleaning and disinfection of large surfaces in cleanrooms. This sterile, effective daily disinfectant concentrate is easy to use – each 100ml dose makes 5 litres of ready-to-use disinfectant. It has a low residue accumulation effect for large surfaces.
Minimize Residue Associated Risk
Non-phenolic formulation features no hazard warnings and does not require the use of PPE when used according to label directions. Minimal residue formulation also mitigates slip and fall risks associated with sticky residue build up.
Sterile Production
The biocide blend is 0.2 micron filtered and sterile filled under Grade A laminar flow and double bagged in groups of 5 in a Grade B cleanroom. Supported with Certificates of Analysis and Sterility with every batch.
